High ceilings and large windows articulate the interiors of Ajax Lofts, but what makes them truly unique is the use of heavy timber and exposed brick creating a mix of old and new architectural styles.

This mix of styles coined “Industrial Chic” defines not only the building but the entire Prospect Place Neighborhood, with a mix of lofts, shops, bistros and galleries designed around a community plaza, or rather, piazza. It’s all been designed with European Flair to evoke an Italian Village.

The red brick and metal exterior with post-and-beam construction evokes the area’s mining and industrial past. Ajax, named for a famous mine near Aspen, has 49 loft-style condominiums ranging from 650 to 2000 square feet.
